While sellers usually feel that their house is worth more than it really is, buyers usually feel that it is not worth as much as it is-makes sense doesn't it.  The truth is: The real worth is somewhere in between and I will help you find it.

I will prepare a market analysis in order to provide you with the most current information about what is happening in the market place.

Since the other comparable properties may vary in size and amenities relative to the home in which you now live OR the home that you may want to purchase, I have taken the market analysis process one step further.  In addition to the standard statistical analysis, I will prepare for you an "Adjusted Market Analysis."  This analysis more accurately indicates the "Price Point" in today's market place for the home based on the area, the size of the property and its amenities.  This comparative market analysis will provide you with the information necessary to determine an indicated price range for the home in today's market.

For sellers, it is especially important in the current market to set the price correctly and to prepare your home for "show".  There is a large inventory of homes available in every price range and buyers are comparison-shopping.  The "best" homes at the right price are the ones that are attracting the qualified buyers. For buyers, it is equally important to make the right offer on the right property which includes not only the right price but also the right stipulations and conditions, and I am well qualified to help you do just that.
