I graduated from college in 1975 and have 30+ years experience in the building and real estate industry.  I have bought, built and sold residential and commercial property in the Atlanta area since 1979. For a number of years, I taught for Gwinnett County in the adult education program, "How To Build Your Own House."

As well as new residential and commercial construction, I have also done extensive remodeling and additions and build-outs. This experience allows me to provide you with good, practical suggestions for the house that you are selling or for the house that you are considering buying.

Since real estate is a rapidly moving industry, I expand my real estate knowledge by attending classes and seminars on a regular basis.  Statistics show that the top producers spend an average of 55 days in class each year.

For the past 28 years, I have seen and been a part of the growth in the Atlanta area. Over that time, I have gained an extensive knowledge of the construction process, building industry and real estate markets. As a result, I am able to better satisfy the special buying and selling housing needs of my clients when locating good schools, recreational facilities, shopping, and other surrounding area attractions.
